  • Appearance: Slightly cloudy, bright yellow green coloured infusion.
  • Aroma: Sweet, floral, citrusy, cooked vegetal & grassy notes
  • Flavour: Sweet, floral, citrusy yuzu notes on the cooked vegetal and umami background.
  • Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium-bodied liquor with light astringency and refreshing finish. 

Brewing Guidance

  • Measure 1g of tea per 100 ml water. Boil water to 70℃. Steep for 2  minutes.

Our Yuzu Sencha Fujiyama comes from a JAS-certified organic tea garden that uses sustainable, environmental-friendly, solar energy for tea production in Shizuoka, Japan. For those who haven't been to Japan, Shizuoka is Japanese green tea capital where many celebrated Japanese tea gardens are located with a scenic view of the famous Mountain Fuji. 

The base of this fragrant and aromatic green tea is carefully and organically grown sencha leaves. If you've already tried our Sencha Bio (Great Taste Award Winner 2021), you would know already that it's an outstanding, medium steamed, classic, chumushi-style, Sencha with refreshing, umami and vegetal notes.

Naturally scented with top quality essential yuzu oil and dried yuzu pieces, this fragrant and refreshing green tea is perfect for lovers of sweet, floral, yuzu fruits and Japanese green tea.
